THE SPIKE PROTEIN, ACE2, NOX2, IRON, THE FENTON REACTION AND MASSIVE, INSTANTANEOUS HYDROXYL RADICAL DAMAGE: AN INTRACELLULAR BOMB DETONATION

THE CYTOKINE STORM COINCIDES WITH THE TIMING OF THE HIGHEST LEVELS OF IRON AND NOX2 IN THE BLOOD. DAYS 7-10.

How quickly do you think the Hydroxyl Radical can cause very dangerous damage?

The hydroxyl radical has a very short in vivo half-life of approx. 10-9 s and a high reactivity. This makes it a very dangerous compound to the organism.

That’s right TEN TO THE MINUS 9th POWER SECONDS.

Somehow we have lost track of basic biology. Undergrad material. I cannot believe I (and all of us) have not realized this until now.

SETTING THE STAGE

The Spike Protein of SARS-CoV-2 interacts with the angiotensin II receptor (ACE 2), leading to an increase of angiotensin II and activation of nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate oxidase2 (NOX2), resulting in the release of both reactive oxygen species (ROS) and inflammatory molecules.

Serum Iron is also significantly elevated in SARS-CoV-2 infection. This is almost certainly due, in large part, to the spike protein’s mimicry of Hepcidin, causing massive cellular iron efflux.

BASIC BIOLOGY ENTERS THE PICTURE

In undergraduate Biological Chemistry II we are taught that NOS + FE2 results in THE HYDROXYL RADICAL. How has this escaped us all? Are we idiots? I humbly apologize for not seeing this sooner. However, better late than never is critical.

So, what would this massive amount of the Hydroxyl Radical do? It would look like RADIATION POISONING. The production of hydroxyl radical and other diffusible radicals is a principal cause of radiation damage to biological samples. Water contributes 70% of the cell's mass, and virtually all the X-rays absorbed by the cell are captured by water, limiting direct damage to cellular components. Because X-rays easily penetrate cells and soft tissue, they can be used to generate hydroxyl radical in intact cells without permeabilizing the membranes.

The Spike Protein creates a Silent Intracellular Dirty Bomb.

MYOCARDITIS

A paper from 2005 showed that hydroxyl radicals may be involved in the development of myocarditis.

CYTOKINE STORM

The timing of the cytokine storms (days 7-10) coincide with the timing of the highest levels of Serum Iron. This can cause a “radiation” damage response cytokine storm. The following occurred with just radiation therapy levels of oxidation: RT during anti-PD1 immunotherapy in a patient with underlying immune dysfunction appeared to be the putative mediator of an immune process which yielded significant increases in pro-inflammatory cytokines, and produced the clinical symptoms meeting the definition of grade 3 CRS.

We are dealing with a bioweapon far more dangerous than even I previously assumed. The speed with which the damage is done is, to a human mind, unfathomably fast.

Please, medical and scientific community, heed this wakeup call.
